Ask away. I created this whole forum for customer service questions. There is a team of my best customers on here as well as myself and other knife enthusiasts that are here to help.

We don't have a phone number for customer service because I was spending all day on the phone and it was affecting my available amount of time I could spend on accounting, marketing, purchasing, shipping, picking, forum administration, responding to emails, taxes, taking out the trash, going to the bathroom, checking in new inventory, putting new items on the site, managing my employees etc...

Exactly. I think it's important to realize that running a successful small business is a very time consuming and energy consuming process.

Mark's doing his best to accommodate people's specific needs, which I'm assuming can become difficult in and of itself. A huge amount of information is available with a simple search and some self motivation; as well, that's what the forum is here for. Most of what I needed to know was easily accessible information found on the internet.

Mark, I'd almost recommend placing 'stickies' in the recommendations and sharpening parts of the forum, to make it even easier for people to quickly access information. Sticky threads with information and links to videos, etc...

But to that I'd say that Mark and co has been extremely responsive to our questions and customer specific requests.

LOL!

"He once dialed a wrong number, but the person on the end of the line wouldn't admit it."

We know Shaun but most of us like coherent conversation.
