I picked this up when Mark was blowing them out last month. Handle was not up to spec so I made a new, larger one with Cocobolo, Ebony and spacers made from Sapele and Elm veneers. I gave it a "coke bottle" shape and it's heftier than the original which I found too thin.

I can dig it. How hard is ebony to work with?

Considered picking some up but I don't know if it's easy to work with or not.

Very clean. If you don't mind me asking, what size pins did you use?

Very nice! Love the look of Cocobolo! It looks like those are 1/8" pins. I usually use a #30 drill bit to drill holes for the 1/8" pins; 1/8" pin does not fit well into a 1/8" hole :)

Great looking handle! Your right Jeff B. I'm going to have to keep on my toes to stay ahead!
