I wonder how they look over time? Does that light color wood stain easy? These are interesting compared to your normal end grain board. I'm also curios at how big the larger sizes are.

I am anxious to try one. That was a good idea to put a Nakiri on the board to get an idea of the board size in relation to the knife size. I hope we see an 18x12 size, I realize it will cost more, but that is the size I really like.
