its a homemade raspberry mint sorbet with a mint simple syrup drizzled on top

ok

its super simple

1 part fresh raspberries
1 part simple syrup ( equal parts water and sugar)
and mint. (optional)

puree the raspberry and simple syrup together and then put it into an icecream machine.
its as easy as that.

the mint is optional weather u want it as a garnish or you can infuse it into the simple syrup to make it a little more refreshing

Shaun, it really is that easy! Ice cream is also very easy and you can experiment so so much with flavors.
