I'm really looking to add a 210 (I don't own one surprisingly)

I was looking at the Takamura Mikagi 210 (on sale, but out of stock)

But I'm more than willing to go up to a really solid 210.

Was wondering if anyone knew if the grind was similar to Mel's 240 review.

If it has the same grind, then I'm going to be pulling the trigger on this one very very soon. (like Friday)

Knifefantatic says the grind is some of the finest he has seen...If you prefer larger then save your pennies...But it looks like a nice one with a slightly taller blade for a 210

IDK man, if it were me I would get a 240 fuji and a 210 migaki.

This is actually what I planned on doing from the start, I just need more money xD

I need a 210 and would get the Nashji before the Migaki but they are both great knives.

I haven't tried the Nashji but it's on my hit list. I just can't justify another Gyuto just yet. Maybe a petty xD

I'm definitely thinking the petty

If the Takamura was in stock I'd get that and the petty, and save for the 240...

Haven't had the pleasure to try the Migaki yet, I hope to soon. I'm sure it's a great knife too.

21k --> that sounds like a plan to me!
