Congratulations on the job offer! Sorry, I don't have any pointers for you right now; I am getting ready to transition careers at the end of Summer 2014.

Relax you are going to get the job. Don't try too hard. Express interest, seem excited and appreciative. Show up 20 minutes early, you might break the ice if they have time. Wear unscented deoderant...seriously do not smell offensive. Dress nice, be clean shaven. You got the job. They don't take interest the way you describe unless they want to hire you.

Chances are they'll offer you less than you are worth but it's still cheaper than culinary school. Experience can't be bought. Have fun. You got it.

Cool! Sounds like fun. I'm glad everything working out for you. Is that the kitchen where you'll be working? Fire baked breads and pizzas are delicious. It's fun to try different types of wood to accent and accompany flavors.
Good luck! (I doubt you'll need it though). 8-)

money to me really doesn't matter at this point. I just want a job where I can learn and progress.
