I doubt any of you will be using this knife but if nothing else it's a conversation starter...

looks like the knife would be great on a boat or camping, or anywhere you wish to station a knife.

I've been watching too many movies lately... the first thing that came to mind was this knife "locked down" to a chain or rail or something and hidden up a sleeve, sliding out when the action starts. Sort of the complete opposite use of a knife designed for use in a correctional facility.

They looked intriguing, especially from a camping perspective. With the blunt tip, they reminded me of swift water knives. I'm still looking for the ideal backcountry campers knife. Small light durable.
