very nice!! i like how u used the beet in all ways! i can see that u used the beet leaves as well as the root. and the sauce made from beets i am assuming?

that is very nice utilizing the whole product. whenever i cook beats i always use the leave. sautee with garlic and shallots season and finish with honey and balsamic vinegar. itss very nice
