 Post subject: NEW Line knife.

Heres one I have been working on, refining and have plans of doing a short run of these with G-10 handles.

These are AEB-L and approx 13" OAL with a 200mm blade.

I call these Midway Line Knives.

Thanks I think these are gona be a very useful cutting tool. These are approx 43mm at the heel. and I ground them with a bit more ridged grind then I would for a gyuto . Meaning The taper is very gradual and the tip still has a little meat behind it. The design itself is a Line Knife so having a nice tip is important. Yet if its a super thin tip its probably not gona last long in the trenches shift after shift after shift!! ;)
