He was gettin' into it with that onion, wasn't he? lol ;)

Love the funky choice of music too. It got a little repetitive towards the end but it made me want to dance in my chair, which isn't a bad thing. lol These vids are the perfect compliment to Steve's Quick Looks. Now if only I had CGuarin1987's knife skills... lol

Yea well, I can do the same thing a lot slower and sloppier with lots of band-aids on my fingers!

So you always cut in slow motion is what you're saying.

I find it funny how he cuts the cooked steak to the music. Wondering if he chose the music based on that....

I really liked the instrumental, but it did get repetitive. After hearing it ten or so times in post-editing, I was absolutely sick of it :lol: . Thanks Steve for updating the specs. Ran into it on a Quick Look binge right before uploading the video. I think the current product page specs might be for another Addict.

I don't like really tall Gyutos, but that SLD is a nice knife isn't it? How did you like the performance?
