I'll get some more up soon. I had trouble trying to figure out how to put the pictures in the body of the post. I'm sure it tells me how to on the forum somewhere but I haven't found it. any help is appreciated

MT I'd suggest joining https://secure.photobucket.com/login, and then using the "forum link code" to insert in the text's body. High resolution; formatted simple as pie.8-)

Oh wow... I'm really digging the tip on that! It's almost like a gyuto/kiritsuke hybrid. How thin is it at the end? Looks like it would also make an amazing slicer.

The long neck is also very nice as well, and I really like the understated handle. VERY classy looking knife!

The only thing is it doesn't have as much belly as I like, but that wouldn't keep me from using it if I had one. lol ;)

It is a very interesting profile. Their definitely isn't much belly on it which I really like. But, it is a pretty stout knife not a laser by any means but does taper fairly dramatically at the tip making it perform pretty well at a variety of tasks. The only thing I am struggling with is the length. I usually really like my gyutos 270 but the kitchen I currently work in just doesn't have much board space so I'm not using it as much as I would like. But I love the look.
