I recently purchsed the Tsutomu Kajihara Kurouchi Gyuto 210mm. I need some help on which stones to purchase. If you could provide some option that would be great. Thank you for your time.

Hi Michael,

I hope you are enjoying that knife. It's one of the better values on the site.

Try this starter set. The stones are good and it has a couple of good accessories.

I'm going to +1 Mark. I started with that set and they do a great job and work well together. A good set to add onto later without having to go all new.

I would (and did) ad this stop set to the stones mark suggested http://www.chefknivestogo.com/stsetwiunhob.html

I recently moved and a roommate stole my box of stones a long with some other things. This is the set i purchased to start replacing my repertoire. It should arrive tomorrow. And i can't wait.
