Today, low organic dinner food on the bridge in front of the house. from the Sami village I usually help. two reindeer which becomes delicious dinners. roasts scuffs and slow cooking, lucky to have such raw materials to cook. Have many good recipes if anyone is interested

Very cool, does it have a different taste as opposed to venison? I would assume it's the same.

Do not worry it will be safe Christmas presents next year, Sami villages certainly has more than 2000 reindeer left. Reindeer has a more pronounced gamey flavor. but since I grew up with reindeer much of my life, so it belongs to one of my favorite grouse and capercaillie is probably best.
