I just purchased a couple sheets of M390 and I'm going to make a bunch of Artifex's out of them. We'll do at least a hundred of them with the standard handle for about $99 but I'm also going to do 30+ with some kicked up custom handles on them for more. I think these well sell fast.

Rookie knows more about the steel than I do at this point. The general idea is it will offer a much longer lasting edge. I'm guessing it will also be harder to sharpen than the easy grinding AEB-L. It should be an ideal line knife and a great way to try the steel without blowing a ton of money.

BTW I've been getting a few petty's made from each run of knives and we have about 70 of them now in a variety of steels, so we're going to get these made and get them on the site in the next 5-6 weeks.
