Hey mark,

Any news on when you'll be getting more of the Kohetsu 240 AS in?

They just ran out... I picked one up last week and then a day or 2 later they were back out of stock :(

I do have to say it's a fantastic knife. I did a little stone work on mine sharpening it OOTB, and she's a beauty. It came "okay" OOTB but not great for me... so some light work on it for about 10 min. and she's amazing now.

I have 40 more on order but I'm not positive when we're getting them. Wild guess is 30 days.

You gotta move fast. Our inventory turns over quickly and most of our knives are difficult to get in large quantities. Some of our makers are 6 months out from the time I order until they deliver so it's a never ending battle to keep in stock.

If you've ever used a 240 and wished you had just a little more knife I'd say fine, but a 270 is a whole lotta knife if you've never used one.
