i have been piecing together a set for a friend that wants the tuna sword and wanted to ahve a complete single bevel set to match (or at least mostly match )
this is the last of the set
the vegetable knife
blade steel is CTS XHP at 62-63 hardness hand sanded face of blade (back is fine belt grind )
210mm long x 55mm tall flat ground fron and hollow back as proper for this style of knife
370 mm length over all
the handle front is gane then blackwood nic silver spacer buckeye burl and a 1/8 inch nic-silver pin
handle shape is a new one for me as most of my WA handles have been octagonal this one is called D shaped tho its not truely a D
