Hi,
I just got FMK Fujiwara 210 stainless as a present from your store and I am very happy with it.

Can you please give me more information about the knife? I would like to know what kind of edge and grind it has so i can take care of it in the right way (I'm in to sharpening and like to take care of the things I have in general).

type of grind? (50/50, 20/80)
secundary bevels?
angles?

Regards! / Alexander

The bevels are ground slightly asymmetrically and the blades are ground and convexed more on the right side than the left. My guess is the edge is about 70/30 but don't believe me, use a sharpie and paint the edge and then sharpen at the appropriate angle to remove the sharpie mark. This is of course if you want to copy the factory edge. I usually sharpen everything 50/50.

Yeah, I think they're like a 70/30 knife. As Mark said, though, don't trust the information. The Sharpie trick solves the guessing game right quick.

It wouldn't come with a secondary bevel.
