I totally have ignored the General Discussion part of this site. My browser, Chrome, favorited the Sharpening Q&A a long time ago, and I forgot this is here. I gotta keep up!

Just wanted to share some Sheaths I pulled off this week. A customer asked if I could make a sheath with his wood, which he got from Burl Source. With the scraps, I managed to make another sheath! It was massively time consuming to work with, the wood dang near burned from hand-sanding. I hope to be able to do more of these, but it's both time consuming, and the materials are pretty expensive.

The wood is curly sycamore, the pins are fossilzed walrus ivory and dark mammoth ivory with an ebony inlay.

The handle on the Takeda is a takedown I made to make dealing with the knife easier, it's not a real handle.

Thanks Mark! Yeah I want to get on that, bad.

I will take you up on the sig line thing. I just added a signature because someone on here thought I was Bill Burke.
