Was just wondering if anyone knows someone who custom makes them? I have a CCK Big Rhino that I would like to have saya or something to protect not the blade but my bag. I dropped my Ultimate Edge Deluxe Knife Bag the other day and my cleaver cut through the thick cardboard I was using for a sheath and chopped through the bottom of my bag. Trying to find something a little more robust so I don't destroy another bag. Thanks in advance Anthony!

Yikes! How wide/long is the blade? I do saya's, but most woods I get come in 3" wide pieces, some I can get to 5" wide, or use Micarta (I can get that in bigger sheets). That one would probably need the Micarta material!

Tim makes great sheaths, that would be my first choice.

You could also try leather, if you do contact Chris Kravit from Tree Stump leather, he makes a great product!

Here is the measurements i got of CKTG on the knife. It is the #3 version and measures 26.5cm x 14cm.
•weight: 1lb 15oz
•blade length: 260mm
•overall length: 375mm
•spine thickness at heel: 6.6mm

Its a fairly a cheap knife but I use it all the time for my BBQ. Never had a problem till i sharpened it real good. Now it ripping through thick 1/4 inch card board im using as a sheath. Starting to think i should have never sharpened it.
