Thanks again guys. Feeling a tad bit sore today.
About running: Just started about a month ago and it's been both a painful and extremely rewarding experience. Did almost 10 miles Thursday, 4 on Friday, and 10 on Saturday.... all runs with a 5 lb camel back on and keeping at least 10 min/mile mile pace the whole time. A lot of rest is in order today.
Normally there's more drinking involved but this was a nice change of pace. Getting older ain't so bad..... I think.
