ROOK <> Couple questions, my friend. #1: & most importantly, I have brought it up before & never heard you comment, but have you tried Ron Zacapa Centenario.?! It's too awesome to have not. #2: Do you lay out all the meat on a cold grill before cooking for photos because I never see any smoke or sizzle?

Would love to try Ron Zacapa Centenario - sadly not available in SA & import costs crazy..
The grill is started - I take pics immediately after the meat is laid, otherwise the steam/smoke clouds the picture - see last pic bottom right - the orange little flame peeking through.
