Hello knife guys!

I have to first off say, love this site very glad I found it, as is my Fiance, I'm not sure which of us is spending more time on this website, she's drooling over knifes for home while I'm drooling over knifes for work.

Anyway I've recently purchased and LOVE the Richmond Ultimatum 270mm, it's beastly and really great and fast at work.
But now the time has come for a pairing knife, I'm looking for similar quality in the steel and edge retention.

I am right handed
I don't like the long pairing knifes I used a 4inch I think Miyabi at work, and it just seems too long for some of the small detail work I've been doing (like scoring the faces of small mushroom chunks)
I have no preference on handles for a pairing knife, though I do prefer Japanese handles for bigger knifes that's a comfort thing and well maybe the Richmond is spoiling me.

Any suggestions would be highly helpful, thank you.

Is still my favorite paring knife.
