Hello all,
Just because I'm a CKTG vendor doesn't mean I can't be a happy customer too. The two blades that I use all of the time and won't give up are the original Addict and the CCK cleaver.

I've got the EZ Cal micrometer too, I don;t use it for knives but can't see how a real knife nut wouldn't want one - it' a digital read that mic's out in fractions and decimals up to 6", great tool for leather and lathe people too.

This forum should be a real gold mine for customers with questions. Mark has always been great about providing info on the products he carries and his customer base consists of some of the most knowledgeable folks on the net who are sure to pitch in and help.

But beware, if you haven't picked up a great knife from CKTG you will.

And why not? it's a safe bet you'll be pleased.

Keith

Welcome aboard Keith!

Always good to have you in the team :D

I agree with the original Addict. It's still my go-to gyuto.

Sleep is highly overrated imo :D

I sleep 4-6 hours max. You think I hardly sleep? Ken is basically a vampire :D

It's a great idea. I'm surprised it took this long.
