Mark,
I have a 9" Wusthof bread knife that is needing sharpening. Does your in-house sharpener do bread knives, and if not, can you recommend someone who does? Thanks,
Rob

Hi Rob,

We don't usually mess with them. Perhaps one of my guys on the forum can volunteer their services.....

Where do you hail from? Someone here may be close to you or knows of a sharpener nearby.

Bread knives are actually pretty easy to sharpen just not by hand. We use power equipment and start by grinding at a very low angle on the backside of the serration then buff off the burr. Makes for a very Sharp bread knife.
