Hello,
I'm going to buy the Kohetsu 210 and the Goko 210. I am hoping you can give me a recommendation for a sharpening stone set up. I am going to buy the base but I don't know which stone would be great for these two knives. Aside from the stone, is there anything I might be missing?
Thanks,
Octavio

There are a number of good sharpening sets on our site.

Of these this one is excellent: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/3pcstoneset.html

If you want stones that don't require soaking this set would also be a good one:

This set has everything you need to get started sharpening including a base, flattening plate and deburring block with some excellent stones.
