We all know henckels loves to rename steels. So what in the world is fc61 on the new miyabi evolution?.

Not sure if henckel is using their renaming tricks on this series so this may not be the same steel, but fc61 is a kitchen knife steel that was designed to be dish washer safe. Another high stainless molybdenum steel in other words.
