Sounds like a great start!

Here are some recent threads that you might find helpful (if you haven't seen them already). They all feature discussions of gyutos and petties. See what applies to you as you narrow down your choices.

I don't think you've mentioned a budget yet. The gyuto will get used a lot, so I'd suggest focusing a good chunk of your budget there.

(And your Wusthof bread knife should be serviceable for a while.)
