Looks like you have a Veho on the side.
You have removed the bash plates from the stone arm is there an advantage to that or is it your preference ?

Yep I have the Veho + another good scope.

The stone ramp takes up too much time to set for each stone - once you get the hang of using a full stone stroke, the ramps are not really needed anymore.

I find it works better for me.

Do you have a stand for the scopes I am considering a stand it would make focusing easier.

Yes, they come with stands although I use it in hand just to check the VEOTE (very edge of the edge).

For taking pictures, the stand is critical.

This stand looks good but it is pricy I like the fact you can swing it out the way .
I shall have a go on the pimped EP later have other duties like dog walking and bits.

Do you feel it sharpens any better with centering the arm over the table?
