In winter it serves dual purpose - heating & barbequing.

Never, those cuts of meat are too tender - on the coals they go.....

What an awesome set up! Looks like your expecting a few friends for dinner. Great looking meal. Nice knife display, what are the 2 kurouchi gyutos in your left side rack? They look like Moritakas, how did you do the finish? Very cool looking and nice handles. Thanks Bill
