I bought a bottle of the Black Diamond Boron Carbide. When I twist open the applicator on the bottle, nothing comes out! Do I need to puncture the applicator opening? I had to unscrew the applicator in order to use it which made it messy & a waste of the product. I won't be buying this junk again!

Regards,
Ed

I guess you enjoy ridiculing a stupid customer like me by posting my email. Looks like I'm spending my money at the wrong place!

I object to the way you expressed yourself. If you want help you should have just said so with a little politeness. If you're polite I'll bend over backwards for you. If not you're on your own.

You labelled yourself as "stupid" - at least you're being honest.
