I thought we heard a while back that it wasn't VG10 and that it was VG1?!?!
Either way, the Masamoto is solid metal and the Tojiro is clad. Some prefer one over the other, so just stating a fact not making an argument which is better.
I do like the Masamoto better as a knife though. Like Mark says, hard to justify the cost though.
