 Post subject: Preferred steels?

I am in the market for a new steel. I have used a F. Dick Multi-Cut and really liked it. I was planning on getting one for myself, but thought I would see if there were any other opinions on other options here. I am a butcher and I will be using it everyday. Thanks for the input, cheers!

Hi Iggy,

The multi cut is a good, agressive steel and we tend to sell them to butchers and pros that use softer steel knives. I think it should be an ideal steel for you.
