Up for sale I have a few Konosukes I do not use much any more. The first is a well used 210mm White #2 Fujiyama Mioroshi Deba. This knife was one of the first three knives I ever bought from Mark. It is the actual knife in the photo on the website next to a loin of Tuna. The knife comes with the original saya. I used this knife on almost a daily basis and it has seen easily 5000 pounds of fish. I am asking $200 shipped CONUS.
The second knife is a 210mm White #2 Petty. It is has a well established patina. I used this knife on the line during lunch service for slicing proteins or whatever else came up. I am asking $125 shipped CONUS.
The third knife is a 210mm Stainless Gyuto with a custom Stefan Keller handle. I used this knife in conjunction with the petty on the line during lunch mainly for prep.This knife is not one of the newer HH Stainless, but the older version. Because of the beautiful handle I am asking $275 shipped CONUS.
