Artifex Honesuki that I reground to be a bit thinner behind the edge for the customer to use trimming silver skin and stuff rather than for boning out proteins. Also converted it to a Wa handle, too.

LOL, no, it is a Dexter Blade guard. I can do Kydex, but it often has a tendency to scratch the blades. The Dexter blade guards seem to feel like kydex, but they are also felt lined.
