I am doing my due diligence research trying to decide which sharpening stones to purchase. Basically, I just want sharp kitchen knives.

Is there any reason why you do not carry the DMT Duosharp Bench Sharpening Stones?

Thanks,

Don

Hi Don, I tested them and had a few problems with them. They're aggressive and the holes can grab the tip of the knife. I just found waterstones superior so I decided to go with them instead.
