I am still really struggling with my edge pro. No matter what I do and how long I practice I can't seem to get any of my knives really sharp. It's really frustrating and I'm pretty unhappy with it. I've tried everything. Listened to your advice, friends who have the edge pros advice, online videos everything and I still can't get it.

My advice would be to do a video of your sharpening routine and post it here. Then we can see what you're doing and can give you specific advice customized to you and your tecnique.

Getting started with EP myself. My Forschner now bears a strong resemblance to a gurkha. Seems I found a comfort zone of about four inches, and zen or something keeps me there too long. Or maybe I go into a trance. Getting better fast, though. Ordered three more Forschners...don't want to run low on stone fodder.

+1

Yeah, do that & we will sort it for you.

But do not do anything different - do it exactly as you normally do it.

:)

In addition to making a video, call Ben Dale. He is a pleasure to talk to.
