In the last 5 month I bought way to many knives from CKTG, now is the time to put them to work. So far my favorite knife is Hiromoto Petty 150mm recommended by Mark. Another 2 pettys should arrive somewhere next week, they are Konosuke HD2 Petty 210mm and Moritaka Petty 150mm. I also own few gyutos, but I use petty more often from prep all the way to the end.

I would like to thank Mark, Susan, Adam, Knife Fanatic, Melampus, boar_d_laze, MadRookie, and many others for helping everybody who in need. I will definitely purchase more knives in the future and I will always recommend CKTG to others.

Best regards,

Vlad

I would never, ever, pay more than $100 for a kitchen knife. Never.
