Hello Mr. Richmond,

I want to thank you a lot for refering me to Mr. Nolan for my broken knife. Your response was quick and very useful.

I also want to take the opportunity to let you know how wonderful the job he did on my knife was. Considering what he had to work with, I'm truly amaze on the finish. The business was conduct with a great deal of professionalism. It was done very fast also, the whole thing took barely a week! We can really see that he loves what he does. He took the time to tell me what stone he used and to explain how he had to find the balance between the repair and the sharpness without taking to much metal out.

So, I'm very satisfied with how the hole thing turned out. I now have someone I can trust here, in Canada, to have my knives sharpened and look upon.

Thank you once again,
G.

Thanks, it was really cool to get to work on a Japanese knife for a change truly, I really need to get myself one.
I have pictures but I won't post them, you guys all know how to repair chips anyway. The most exciting part of it was that Mark recommended me, and within a few days I had the broken knife in my hands. Cool.

I always smile when I see a nice knife to sharpen. Rare for me.
