Oops. Just re-found the thread. I live in Southeast Arkansas. 68 years, same town. Think I'm in a rut? Living in the same house I was born in, too.

I've been in the Canadian Navy for 35 years. I thought I would see the world and I did, seen many things I wish I hadn't either but for the most part, a truly rewarding job.
I opened up my own knife sharpening business a couple of years ago and that is going better than I ever imagined. I retire soon and then I am going to travel to the U.S. and fill my car with Japanese Water Stones.

@Jarod

Thanks! Yes, hard work does pay off. The cards also fell in my favor this time. Congrats on your soon to be position too.
