Thanks for the video Jason. I am subscribed to your YouTube channel already. :-) I really appreciate how you try to give as much information about each stone as you use it. I find this extremely useful.

Ken's videos give lots of information as well. To me this is much more useful. I can't buy each stone. So, being able to hear about each stone while a person uses it is great.

Ken,
I am really enjoying the stone. I know I have a lot more to learn about this stone, but I will enjoy the ride! :-) I started using it the day I received it. You are right; the edge is great for protein.
