Hey all. Well was looking at the videos I've done over the past year, and remembered that I never uploaded my first ever video to here, (as the site did not exist) So, here it is. Moritaka 240 (before Shaun thinned it) Funny thing is this was on smaller onions that I now can do the same speed with large :) Enjoy.

A sharp knife and a few onions and you just can't beat ol' Lefty!

Nice vid.

I'm looking forward to doing one myself, after I get my sharpening kit ... perhaps I'll demo how to break down a watermelon for making pickled rind.

Oh, and its a given that I'll have to do a classic Knife TBD vs Mister Bill (or Mister Potatohead), just for giggles - unless someone else wants to beat me to it ?

I might have to dust off the ol 24" cold steel machete for that one. 8-)
