Now just because I can't dice an onion worth a damn and know shit about knives doesn't mean you should get to play with all the cool toys!
I could show people how well it can mangle a finger while trying to cut up a carrot!

Looks like a real fine fine blade - good looking - sharp - dressed to cut anything - happiest on the board - I like the presentations you are doing with the CKTG knives . . . some of these will be out of stock quickly once your videos post . . .

curious if you have to sharpen any of these blades before use or if they are all out of the box straight to the presentation . . . probably depends on the maker . . .

this is a really sweet blade . . . white #1 . . . priced higher than Goko but lower than Fujiwara . . . I think its a great buy for white #1 with the hammered at that size . . .
