Before I go onto my finish sharpening I clear off all the old rags in case some swarf is left in them and grab fresh and I wash my hands with fast orange rite before the reason why and seriously try this the pumice that's in the soap wakes up my nerves (carpal tunnel) for just a little while and you can actually feel the edge better. I know it sounds stupid but hell it works for me give it a try.

How did that work or have you tried it yet?

You know it took awhile for the stars to align, but I did try your recommendation. It does absolutely work better than any other soap/detergent I've tried; I should have thought of it.

The but is this... from playing with fire all the time - the skin on my hands, fingertips particularly, is cooked pretty well. It leaves the cuticles and skin pretty stiff, and it retains the swarf REALLY well as it embeds in the valleys between the ridges of the fingerprint.

Your recommendation is appreciated & it's efficacy is notable, but I reckon I'm just always gonna be stuck with these stains... albeit lighter after the Gojo. ;)

I use a toothbrush sometimes with the gojo but I usually end up with sore fingers. Dirty hands are the price we pay for are art!
