Need help with my carbon wa gyuto final choices. I have been learning a lot from the forums here and wanted to purchase a 210mm carbon steel wa gyuto. I am an avid home cook. Some specifics which may help:

right handed
mostly push cut but rock on herbs, garlic
large but not giant hands
often use pinch grip
have been hand sharpening for 2 months with good success so far
have really enjoyed my MAC Pro Mighty santoku but want a gyuto and something in carbon steel
looking for laser like feel to the knife

I have narrowed my choice down to 4 knives to help you guys out:

Goko

Masakage Yuki

Tanaka Sekiso damascus

Sakai Yusuke

Could not find a ton of info on the first 2. I was hoping to hear from anyone with knowledge of any of these choices. Thanks.

I'd very much like to try out a Goko. But man that Masakage Yukisre sure is a sexy devil. I think any of the 4 would be a super choice. Guess you have to decide what colors and looks you prefer?

Gotta go with the Tanaka here. May be a touch thicker than a laser, but cuts incredibly well!

The goko is a good one and I really like the Masakage too.
