Mark the improvement t is great on the artfex the handle is a thing of beauty but I will warn other sharpeners to chamaffer the sides of your stones or the handle WILL HIT that fixed the problem after I did that and I am putting a little tape around the top of the handle just to make sure the stone won't hit. These handles come up a little further than on the old bit an adjustment or two will fix it. James

Thanks for the top James. The ones I've sharpened have been on the edge pro only so far. I'm going to use one in my DVD when I start shooting in a couple weeks.

Here's the knife we're talking about: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/riar21.html

That would be perfect mark it's certinally very sharp, I just wanted to put that tip out their because I like to help people for one thing but to ruin a handle like that when all u have to do is make a slight stone adjustment and put some blue painters tape at the top the it was worth it. I am still thinking about your next product that we might have a name for I have been thinking of designs and have a few in my head that would meat the qualifications of the possible name for the new endearment that you could possiblely take on. Peace my brother. Jmbullman btw koppa's rule.
