Glad you like it Michiel :) bartmann razors are awsome shavers. got this one for 70 euro (23,7mm wide) but the blade was pretty dirty so i had to give an hour of polish on it.

Production wise - I love the sepia effect in concert w/swing music for the classic art of straight edge shaving. Not only was swing befitting, but the horn bridge was even timed perfectly to transition into the shave. Image

Question: you sped up the stropping to quell viewer boredom, but I query... are you flipping the straight every stroke, or are you just lifting the edge every return? Can't discern at that speed.

yepp you got it right. i speed things up. aint no one wanna see 100+laps that looks just like the 2 first :) normal speed on the video is x1 and this was speeded up to x1.5 i like it cuz it gets abit of old film feeling. i never lift the razor under the stropping. i roll it on the spine / flipping.
