Small, 105 mm petty in provence style.

Blade is mirror polished M390 stainless steel, hardened at 61 HRc with red and black burlap micarta.

This one is for sale. Feel free to PM or e-mail us.

That 205mm bunka is awesome. I've wanted a bunka in a larger size. What is the blade height and spine thickness 1 and 3 cm from the tip, midpoint and at the heel?

One suggestion would be chiseled or engraved kanji instead of a screened logo. Just a personal preference on aesthetics.

Thanks. It is a full flat grind, so at the heel it is 2.3 mm thick and 47 mm wide, at the midpoint it's also 2.3 mm thick and 44 mm wide. Towards the tip blade is 36 mm wide and spine is 1.7 mm thick. Approximate thickness behind the edge is 0.2 mm (200 mcr).

We use our logo CO2 laser engraved for all our knives, because as we so the steel is from Europe, but we have no problem engraving kanji with fiber laser. Chiseling would be pretty much impossible, since K390 is high alloy tool steel with close to 9% vanadium content.

This bunka is available. PM us if you are interested.
