Does this knive have a 50/50 bevel. I interested in the petty and the nakiri. Thanks.

The ones I looked at have a two sided edge that is ground a little more on the right side than the left. It would be no problem to sharpen them evenly if you wanted to.

I am the one who asked the question about the bevel on the Fujiwara Nashiji. My questions were first how much difference does it make that the grind is not 50/50 for a lefty and second, how difficult is it for a non expert to change the bevel to 50/50. It was the picture of the petty that looks like the grind was way more on the right side. Thanks.

It should work just fine for you out of the box and when you sharpen it just sharpen equally on each side (basically ignore the edge on it) and you will grind it evenly. It's not hard to do.
