I'm a new owner of a Takeda knife and now realize my other german knives were not sharp as I once thought they were nor do they have the nice light feel.
I've been reading through the posts trying to learn how and what to use to sharpen my knives. I'm a home cook and need to sharpen kitchen knives as well as hunting knives.
Can I use the same set of stones to sharpen all of my knives?
