Well Jason, after watching your video I have incorporated some of your teachings into my sharpening. I have found that keeping the knife at more of a 45* angle to the stone I hold a more consistent angle. I'm still VERY new to free handing but picking up more all the time. Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Maybe one day I'll be good enough to show off my skill!
